House Progress

Here are some more pictures! Enjoy!

Our new address will be 1368 E. Shari St. This is our living room window.

Front View. Garage is on the left, and master bedroom is on top of it. The tiles just got put up on the roof two days ago.

Sam and Mark standing in the entrance to the house.

Stairs in the house. Right above the stairs is the loft, and below the stairs is the formal dining and living room.

Back of the house. They have started putting the foam ( I think that's what it is called) up on the back.

View from the loft.

New House

We have recently purchased our first house in Queen Creek, Arizona. The house is located in Pecan Creek South, a new subdivision in Queen Creek. We are super excited about it and can't wait for it to be built. We go out weekly to see the progress, hopefully it will be done sometime in October, just in time for the holidays. After it is built, it will be a 2000 square feet 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with a loft. My favorite part of the house is the stairs that are in it, which are not built yet so hopefully in the next couple of months I will be able to post pictures of them. Here are some pictures of the property.

This is a picture of the foundation that got poured two weeks ago. I was standing in the middle of our front yard. The cement in the very front of the picture will be the entry way to our house.

This was taken in the middle of our backyard. The houses across the street will be our neighbors. We will have one neighbor on the right side of our house (looking at this angle) and the other side is a landscaped area.

We went out a week later and this is what we found! Our house has started to be framed!
I can't get this picture to delete, any hints would be greatly appreciated. :)
This is the entrance to our new home. I will try to keep everyone updated with the progress of the house. We try to go out their once a week to check on it, so hopefully new pictures of it further along will be done soon!
